Returns

Let me start off by saying that I am very sorry that you are having a problem with one of our parts. We strive to make the highest performing and the most durable products possible. Sometimes those two attributes don't get along so well. Know that we stand behind every part we make 100%. If the problem you are having is our fault, we'll make it right. If its your fault....then I think you get the idea.

Before you send any return in, please email todd@techtpaintball.com for return authorization.

In order for us to process a return for any item we require the following:

1a. Find and make a copy of your original purchase receipt. All TechT products come with a 1 year warranty. No receipt, no warranty. Sorry guys, there are too many people copying my products and I had to do this. I found myself fixing other companies parts.

1. Download, print off, and fill out the Return Merchandise Form - DOWNLOAD FORM (word doc)

2. Package up your products, returns form, and original sales receipt and ship it off to us.

Return Policy
We at TechT stand behind all our products, however we reserve the right to refuse any return request that we feel is due to user error, maintenance negligence, misuse, or failure to read and follow printed directions. There is a 1-year warranty on all of our products unless otherwise stated. Proof of purchase is required (original purchase receipt) to process any return. This can be a typical sale receipt, Paypal receipt, or any other type of receipt that tells us when and where you purchased the product. Know that if we feel that the product failure is not a manufacturer defect your item will not be replaced.

Shipping
All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We ship back all granted returns via USPS First Class Mail free of charge. If you would like your return sent a faster service please include additional funds with your returned products. Please include cash or money orders only. These faster shipping options are only available inside the USA. We only offer UPS shipping options. Please include $10 for UPS Ground, $25 for UPS Second Day, and $35 for UPS Next Day. Please keep in mind that we can make not promise as to how long it will take to process any return. If your return is not granted, your item will ship back to you USPS First Class.

Important** - When you ship a product to us for return, make sure that you insure it and have the ability to track your item. If your item is lost in transit to us, we are not responsible.

Note that returns can take up to 4-6 weeks to receive back if a product is out of stock. However they can take less time. We make no guarantee about how long anyone might take. If a product is in stock our turn around time is typically under 48 hours.
